One thing to flag early: anything that heats, cools or refrigerates — electric cooking, warming trays, coffee urns, air conditioning, ice machines, refrigerated trucks — changes the math completely. Tell us if any of that's in play and we'll work it out properly.
Beyond 20 miles of Chevy Chase, DC is +$100, up to 80 miles. Past 80 miles we quote individually. Multi-day events are discounted per day — tell us the dates in step 3.
Package prices are a starting point. Your actual event price depends on the equipment being powered, and we'll confirm it with you by email or phone before your date.
