The gear
EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra battery generators — 7,200 watts of silent continuous output, 10,800 watts surge, with modular batteries for longer days. Every setup arrives on a wheeled cart, fully charged, with a pro-grade power distribution unit. You don't need to know how many batteries your event takes — that's our job. Tell us what you're plugging in and for how long, and we'll size it. No engine noise, no fumes, no vibration — the opposite of a gas generator.

Each battery adds about 6 kWh of stored energy, and we stack them for longer days. How many your event needs depends on what's plugged in and for how long — that's the conversation we'll have before your date, and we'll tell you honestly what it takes.
Included with every rental
Every setup comes with a professional PDU (a $500 unit on its own) featuring multiple independent 20-amp outlets and both 120V and 240V drops. Plenty of clean, distributed power — plug in your DJ, warmers, lights, and food carts directly. No daisy-chains, no adapters, no cheap power strips.
Pricing
Most events we do land in one of three setups. Pick the one that sounds like your event and we'll start there — before your date we'll go through what you're actually plugging in and confirm the exact equipment list.
Backyard & Small Events
$180/ day
Fits: a DJ with a PA, string lights, a projector. DJ sets, backyard parties, birthdays, small ceremonies, market stalls.
Full Event
$280/ day
Fits: multiple DJs, full PA with subwoofers, stage lighting, a vendor row, a bounce house blower. Festivals, block parties, movie nights, school events.
Wedding
$800/ day
Fits: large multi-piece bands, full PA, stage and dance-floor lighting, uplighting, visual effects, ceremony sound, the photo booth — the whole day on one silent setup.

One thing to flag early: anything that heats, cools or refrigerates — electric cooking, warming trays, coffee urns, air conditioning, ice machines, refrigerated trucks — changes the math completely. Tell us if any of that's in play and we'll work it out properly.
Every package includes delivery, setup, testing, the pro-grade power distribution unit, and pickup within 20 miles of Chevy Chase, DC. Beyond 20 miles is +$100, up to 80 miles. Past 80 miles we quote individually. Multi-day events are discounted per day — tell us the dates.
Package prices are a starting point. Your actual event price depends on the equipment being powered, and we'll confirm it with you by email or phone before your date.

If you're running electric cooking, air conditioning, or a full caterer's hot line, you need more sustained power than a battery setup delivers. We'll tell you that on the phone rather than sell you something that won't work. We'd rather point you somewhere else than have your event go dark.

From a recent event
A public arts festival in DC, and the venue had exactly one working outlet. Silent Power was the entire electrical system for the night — delivered and set up before doors, running silently through nine hours of programming, collected after close.
No generator noise under the music, no exhaust near the crowd, nothing for the organizers to refuel or babysit. That's the job.

Pick the one that sounds like your event and we'll start there. Before your date I'll go through what you're actually plugging in — with your DJ, your band's tech contact, your caterer, whoever it needs to be — and we'll land on an exact equipment list. If that means you need less than the package, I'll tell you. If it means more, I'll tell you that too, before you've paid anything.
I deliver it, set it up, test it, show your people where to plug in, and come back for it at the end. If you want me on site through the event, I'll be there.

Planners and venues
I work directly with coordinators, bands and caterers so power doesn't land back on your plate. I'll send a COI naming the venue, arrive early, and be reachable on the day. If you keep a preferred vendor list, I'd like to be on it.

Common questions
The unit has to stay dry and under cover. If your site doesn't have a covered spot for it, we bring a pop-up canopy at no charge.
More than 30 days out, your deposit is refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Inside 30 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes — general liability. We'll issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue as additional insured on request.
Not without checking with us first. Placement is agreed at setup, and moving a live unit is how cables get pulled and things go dark.
